We Miracle Software Systems Inc are hiring an experienced Lead Data Architect to join our client in Charlotte, NC for an onsite . This is an excellent opportunity to lead enterprise data transformation initiatives, establish modern data architecture frameworks, and drive Master Data Management (MDM) implementation in a Microsoft ecosystem.

• Role: Lead Data Architect
• Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
• Duration: 6 Months

• Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders only

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable enterprise data architecture frameworks and establish data engineering best practices.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a phased Master Data Management (MDM) strategy for:
• Item Master Data
• Customer Master Data
• Vendor Master Data
• Drive data migration and integration from four legacy ERP systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions for data governance, quality, compliance, and automation.
• Build modern, scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and deliver enterprise data solutions.

✅ Required Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Data Architecture and Data Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS.
• Deep understanding of:
• Data Migration
• Master Data Modeling
• Legacy ERP Integration
• Enterprise Data Governance
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ability to independently design end-to-end data solutions and establish architecture best practices.
