Data Architect (Azure/Fabric/Lakehouse) | Poland (Remote) | B2B

My client is an IT company delivering advanced data-driven solutions across Europe, looking for a Data Architect to join their team.

They support clients in building and maintaining data warehouses, BI platforms, data lakes, Lakehouse architectures, cloud analytics solutions and business applications – primarily based on Microsoft and IBM technologies.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Data Architect who wants to take ownership of actions and implement advanced data architecture in complex environments!

Data Architect - Responsibilities:

• Designing and re-designing data architectures – from Data Warehouses and BI to Data Lakes and modern Lakehouse (Delta / Databricks);
• Translating business and technical requirements into scalable, structured solutions;
• Preparing POCs and validating new data concepts;
• Designing data flows, integration patterns, reporting and analytics models;
• Optimising performance, cost and data freshness;
• Implementing best practices such as CI/CD and GenAI-driven process improvements;

Data Architect - Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as Data Architect / Data Solution Architect
• Strong background in Data Warehouse & BI methodologies
• Experience with modern data architecture and data modelling
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT and integration patterns
• Strong Azure knowledge, including:

Azure SQL; Azure Data Factory; Azure Data Lake; Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines)

• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder communication skills
• English (B2+)
