Key Responsibilities Manage Zoho CRM configuration, user management, and access controls . Handle lead forms, website integrations, and tracking code installations . Onboard new employees into CRM and related business systems. Manage CRM integrations with AI tools, external databases, and campaign platforms. Build and optimize no-code/low-code workflows within Zoho CRM and its ecosystem. Assist in process mapping, automation, and workflow optimization . Conduct data analytics , create dashboards and reports for business insights. Perform data cleanup , identify anomalies, and ensure data accuracy. Requirements Desired Skills & Qualifications Experience with CRM or ERP tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Odoo. Basic knowledge of networking and web technologies . Familiarity with HTML, WordPress, and webserver management is a strong plus. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CSV-based data management . Good command over English (written and verbal) . Strong analytical mindset , attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and automation processes .
