Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Trainer to conduct classroom training and guide learners in the art of data storytelling and visualization. The trainer will deliver structured sessions, lead hands-on labs, and empower students to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver Classroom Training: Conduct engaging, in-person sessions on Data Analytics tools and methodologies.
• Hands-on Mentorship: Guide students through practical lab exercises, real-world datasets, and capstone projects.
• Project Support: Assist learners with assignments, helping them build a professional portfolio of analytical work.
• Technical Simplification: Explain complex statistical concepts, data modeling, and visualization techniques in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Curriculum Maintenance: Keep training modules updated with the latest industry trends and software versions.
• Student Engagement: Conduct demo sessions for prospective learners and provide career guidance within the analytics field.

Basic Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Instructional Skill: Proven experience in technical training, mentoring, or academic instruction.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to command a classroom presence.
• Aptitude: Must be comfortable delivering live demos and interacting with diverse learner backgrounds.

Technical Skills
• Data Visualization: Advanced proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
• Spreadsheet Mastery: Expert-level Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
• Database Querying: Strong command of SQL (Joins, Subqueries, Windows Functions).
• Programming: Foundational knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Statistics: Solid understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics.
• Data Cleaning: Experience with ETL processes and data grooming.

Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets.
Understanding of predictive modeling and basic Machine Learning concepts.
