Job Description
This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 550000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 5.5-12 LPA Min Experience: 0 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Engineer to manage end-to-end implementations of marketing analytics and business intelligence solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in data tracking, engineering, and visualization. The ideal candidate will collaborate directly with clients, design tracking plans, build scalable pipelines, and deliver impactful dashboards that drive data-informed decision-making. Requirements Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain marketing analytics solutions across GA4, GTM, and CDPs such as Segment or RudderStack Build, manage, and optimize data pipelines using BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift Integrate ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) for accurate marketing performance tracking Design and deploy tracking plans using tools like Google Tag Manager Automate reporting workflows and create dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Looker Enterprise Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions aligned with goals Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across platforms Troubleshoot and refine marketing attribution models Work hands-on with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap Requirements 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data engineering, or related fields Strong expertise in GA4, GTM, and server-side tagging (SST) Understanding of browser cookies and consent management setups Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) Experience in API integrations and building custom data pipelines Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Looker Enterprise Hands-on exposure to CDPs (Segment, RudderStack) and event tracking solutions (Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude) Familiarity with ad platform integrations and marketing attribution models Ability to write and debug JavaScript for tracking implementations Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills for client and internal collaboration Preferred Skills Exposure to Python for data processing and automation tasks Familiarity with ETL tools like Airbyte or Fivetran Experience deploying and managing marketing analytics stacks in Google Cloud or AWS Understanding of telemetry and best practices in product analytics Skills Data Engineering Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Google API / Facebook API Data Integration & CRM Integration Social Media Platform Integrations Attribution Modeling Looker Studio / Looker / Power BI Google Tag Manager (GTM)
