We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. In This Role, You Will In this role, you will: Possess a solid foundation data analysis languages including SQL, Python, R and Pyspark. Experience to produce key project documents such as Solution Proposal, High Level Design, Visio flow diagrams, Mapping documents and provide inputs for Terms of Reference / Project Charter, Test Strategy, Implementation plan, Non-Functional Requirements and Post Implementation Report. Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical methods and tools to uncover patterns, correlations and insights. Own the requirement gathering and data analysis issues and ensure its resolution by engaging appropriate teams within estimated timelines. Experience in producing estimation and analysis plan in sync with overall project plan and proactively communicate any deviations to all relevant stakeholders. Creation of Functional Scenario?s for functional testing if required and with business team?s support. Coordinating with build, testing and business teams for end-to-end implementation of project along with Postproduction sign off from Business. Ensure High Level Design document/any relevant docs must be signed from relevant Business SPOCS on annual basis. Provide Postproduction Support after Go-live in terms of addressing business queries. Ensure compliance to HSBC Product Owner to process, procedures and controls requirements. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Exhibit exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness. Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights. Experience as Senior Business Analyst/Data Analyst leading large data management projects involving Data Warehouses/Data Lakes Experience in leading projects as Senior Business Analyst/Data Analyst related to Database technologies such as Google Big Query, Databricks, Oracle, Teradata and PostgreSQL. Experience of performing GAP/Impact Assessment especially for large scale Migration projects. Experiences/Knowledge of implementing Data Quality, Data Integrity, Data Governance and Data Use Controls. Experience in Agile and DevOps environment using team collaboration tools such as GitHub, Confluence and JIRA. Demonstrate superior communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background. Experience/Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL and Data Visualization tools like Qlik/Tableau.
