SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Statistical Modeling - Data Analyst Need only Chennai People. BI Data Analyst/Specialist 3 (6-9 Years) Mandatory Requirement: Data Extraction using SQL Data Visualization using either Tableau or Power BI Statistical Modeling Work Timings: 1pm to 10pm Detailed JD: The Purpose of This Role You will be responsible for conducting consultative analytics and creating executive level recommendations for business partners and line finance. You will also provide a broad range of ad hoc analytical support as needed. The analyses and insights delivered are critical components to drive business planning and ongoing decision making. Preferably in workforce optimization area. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working through ambiguous asks and ideas from concept to delivery. Working independently to perform most analyses. Translate research findings as well as quantitative analyses into accessible visuals for non-technical audiences, providing a clear view into interpreting data, and crisply communicating recommendations Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies as needed. Ability to respond to shifting priorities while maintaining progress of regularly scheduled work. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at varying levels of the organization. Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms. Intellectually curious and willing to ask questions and challenge status quo to benefit the organization Strong interpersonal skills. Flexible and adaptable team player.
