About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team, reporting directly to the Director of People Data and Analytics. In this pivotal role, you will leverage data to generate insights into our workforce, driving strategic decision-making and organizational initiatives. Your expertise will help develop and refine metrics, dashboards, and reports that provide visibility into key people trends, supporting talent management, diversity and inclusion efforts, workforce planning, and performance optimization. Collaborating closely with HR, talent acquisition, and business leaders, you will ensure data integrity, enhance our data architecture, and deliver actionable insights that influence our HR and organizational strategies. This role offers a competitive base salary starting at $106,000 and up to $147,000, along with bonuses, equity packages, and comprehensive benefits. You can expect to work in a hybrid environment, engaging with stakeholders across the organization to foster data-driven decision-making at every level.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Human Resources, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in people analytics, preferably within the tech, management consulting, or investment banking sectors
  • Proficiency with HR and Talent systems such as Workday and Greenhouse
  • Experience with People Data Platforms like OneModel or Visier
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence strategic decisions
  • Knowledge of data governance, data architecture, and integration best practices

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs and analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights that inform HR and talent strategies
  • Develop and scale the people data foundation by enhancing data architecture, governance, and system integrations across platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, and OneModel
  • Create and maintain executive dashboards, predictive analytics models, and detailed reports to highlight key workforce trends and support strategic initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by working closely with HR technology systems and platforms
  • Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences, including executives and departmental leaders
  • Support workforce planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and performance management through deep dive analyses and trend identification
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in people analytics and continuously improve data processes and reporting capabilities
