As the business scales, data is becoming central to how we drive guest acquisition, demand forecasting, pricing, digital conversions and repeat visitation.


We are looking for a Data Analyst for the Marketing & Growth team who can turn complex datasets into insights that influence real business decisions.


Role Overview


This role will work directly with the Marketing & Growth leadership to analyze consumer behaviour, campaign performance, pricing strategies and digital journeys.


The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with business curiosity, and enjoys solving real consumer growth problems.


What You’ll Work On

Consumer & Guest Insights:


  • Understand who visits Wonderla and why through behavioral and transactional data
  • Identify segments, repeat behaviour, seasonality and demand drivers
  • Generate insights to improve guest acquisition and retention


Marketing Performance & Attribution:

  • Evaluate performance across digital, influencer, partnership and offline channels
  • Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and attribution trends
  • Identify opportunities to optimize channel mix and spend

Digital Funnel Optimization:

  • Analyze the ticket booking journey across web and app
  • Identify drop-offs and conversion barriers
  • Work with product/digital teams to improve booking conversion


Revenue & Pricing Analytics:

  • Analyze weekday vs weekend demand, seasonal spikes and ticket mix
  • Support promotional strategy and pricing experiments
  • Provide insights into upsell opportunities like fast-track tickets, F&B and experiences


Experimentation & Growth:

  • Support A/B testing for campaigns, offers and digital journeys
  • Analyze results of growth experiments and recommend next actions


Dashboarding & Data Storytelling:

  • Build dashboards that help leadership track key growth metrics
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations


What We’re Looking For


Experience:

  • 2–4 years in analytics roles at consumer-facing companies
  • Experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, travel, media or hospitality preferred


Technical Skills:

  • Strong SQL and Excel
  • Experience with Python or R preferred
  • Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics / marketing analytics platforms


Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
  • Ability to connect data insights with business decisions
  • Experience working with marketing or consumer behaviour datasets


Personal Traits:

  • Curious about consumer behaviour and growth
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving cross-functional team
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
