Position Description PAR Technology, Jaipur, is looking for a Data Analyst I who will take ownership of data analytics activities and work closely with end users (both internal and external clients) to translate requirements into data-driven applications and data visualization solutions (e.g., data modeling, reporting, and dashboards), along with mining actionable insights. Position Location: Jaipur/Gurugram What We?re Looking For 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics Bachelor's/master?s degree in data technology, business, economics, statistics or other related fields, with a strong interest in marketing technology. Good understanding and application of data exploration skills and mindset Expertise in working with BI Visualization technology. Major preference for having skillset and work experience with Tableau (Desktop, Online Server), in creating analytics dashboards by connecting with various data sources Strong knowledge and working experience with databases (SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.). Database querying is associated with at least 70% of an analyst's day-to-day activity; hence, please apply only if you are comfortable with writing queries Self-starter with a keen interest in technology and exceptional documentation skills Must be proactive and be prepared to address meetings in different time zones. Good to have - Programming skillset: R, Python, Tableau Server, Big Data Tools like Databricks, Spark, along with Data Modeling skills Unleash Your Potential Ability to work with the Tech Lead and the Senior Manager of Analytics to discover data spread across various entities and develop scalable data models towards the creation of a business data layer Participate in client calls with stakeholders who are based in different geographies and hence different time zones to understand business needs and define reporting solutions Utilize expertise in BI visualization technology, particularly Tableau, to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports, seamlessly integrating data from diverse sources to provide stakeholders with summarized data/reports and facilitate informed decision-making.
