Data Analyst I

Selected candidates will work all 5 days from the designated work location and will primarily spend their full time working on annotation tasks allocated by workflow lead/POC. They will meet metrics like productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and utilization.

• Accurately annotate the samples collected to train a device based on the standard operating procedure provided.
• Understand procedures and guidelines for new annotation requirements.
• Perform repetitive exercises based on the dynamic instructions without compromising on quality.
• Use software tools for data capture and comply with the processes of the organization on a daily basis.
• Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures, and providing individual status reports while adhering to productivity and quality baselines.
• Own their individual targets against the expected delivery.

• Any graduation.

• Good communication skills (Verbal & Non-verbal).
• Basic understanding of MS Office.

• Analytical skills.
• Exposure in customer service industry/backend operations.
