About The Role This role is for an experienced Data Analyst who will own the collection, analysis, and visualization of marketing and business data to drive actionable insights. You will develop dashboards, reports, and data models primarily using Power BI and Tableau to support Hot Fuego?s clients and internal teams across global markets. Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, you will ensure data accuracy and present key performance metrics in an easily understandable manner to drive business decisions. What You?ll Do Data Collection & Management Aggregate and clean structured and unstructured marketing, sales, and customer data from multiple sources. Maintain data integrity and ensure data quality for reliable reporting and analysis. Data Analysis & Insights Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to deliver actionable insights that optimize marketing campaigns and business strategies. Use statistical methods and business intelligence tools to create performance models and forecasts. Dashboard & Report Development Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to provide clear insights on key business metrics. Automate report generation and distribution to relevant stakeholders for timely decision-making. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions. Present findings and recommendations to executives and clients with clarity and impact. Continuous Improvement Stay current with the latest analytics tools, technologies, and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence. Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and analytics capabilities to drive better business outcomes. Who You Are ? 3?6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. ? Strong proficiency with Power BI and Tableau for dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting. ? Solid understanding of data querying languages such as SQL; experience with Excel and statistical tools a plus. ? Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively. ? Organized, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ? Pay raises and bonuses are available based on key metrics and results. Full-time Position This position is full-time. Work will be performed almost always in office but some work from home is allowed as/when required. Hot Fuego employees must have sufficient internet bandwidth at home capable of conducting frequent video meetings (i.e., Microsoft Teams Meetings, or similar) to be permitted to work from home.
