Job Description

Location: India( Offshore / U.S.A (Onshore) Experience: 8 -10 years Employment Type: Full-time Overview The Data Analyst will collaborate with Data Modelers and business stakeholders to support the development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with IBM UDMH (Unified Data Model for Healthcare). This role will be responsible for creating detailed source-to-target mapping documents and maintaining accurate data lineage documentation to ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across systems. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, and ETL processes in large enterprise environments. Prior exposure to healthcare data systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena) is a plus. Experience in offshore/onshore collaboration for global projects is desirable. Strong experience in data modeling: conceptual, logical, and physical models aligned with IBM UDMH. Proficient in creating source-to-target mapping documents and maintaining data lineage documentation. Hands-on experience in data profiling and analysis across systems like Epic, Cerner, Athena, and Oracle FDI. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define subject-area data models. Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and documentation standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to extend existing models to meet custom requirements and ensure alignment with organizational standards. Strong SQL skills for querying and data validation; experience with Python and Unix/Linux for ETL scripting and data transformation. Familiarity with data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, PowerDesigner. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies such as Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark.
