Our mission is to ensure that every shopping bag worldwide can be filled efficiently and sustainably. Role Summary As a Data Analyst in the Founder's Office, you'll be the strategic pulse of our operations?turning raw data into actionable insights that fuel decisions on expansion, merchant acquisition, and efficiency. Reporting directly to the COS, you'll partner with ops, marketing, and sales to optimize everything from inventory SLAs to growth forecasts. Key Responsibilities Analyze key metrics (e.g., order volumes, inventory DOI, D-1 fulfillment rates) using SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI. Build and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time monitoring and scenario modeling (e.g., projecting merchant onboarding ROI). Support cross-functional projects: Collaborate with ops on logistics bottlenecks, marketing on campaign performance, and sales on trend forecasting. Identify opportunities/risks via ad-hoc queries and predictive analytics (e.g., demand patterns in Delhi NCR zones). Present insights in concise reports/presentations to leadership, influencing strategic pivots. Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's in Data Analytics, CS, Stats, or related field. 2+ years in data roles, ideally in e-commerce/logistics (quick commerce a big plus). Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Excel; hands-on with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI). Strong problem-solving, storytelling with data, and communication skills?able to simplify complex insights for non-tech stakeholders. Bonus: Experience with Google Analytics, AWS/GCP, or A/B testing in growth environments.
