The Data Analyst ensures analytical excellence, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of Bl products, connecting high-quality data assets to business outcomes across domains. Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Insight Generation

• Develop dashboards, reports, and reusable analytical views using Bl platforms (e.g., Power Bl).
• Conduct in-depth data exploration to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence business KPls.
• Validate analytical outputs with stakeholders to ensure accuracy,relevance, and usability.

Data Understanding & Modeling

• Translate business needs intoanalytical requirements, collaborating with Data Engineers and business stakeholders.
• Define KPls, metrics, and semantic layers to ensure consistency across domains.
• Perform data profiling and contribute to data quality assessments.

Collaboration & Value Delivery

• Work within agilesquads, supporting sprintplanning, refinement, and delivery of analytics initiatives.
• Partner with Product Owners to articulate business impact and track adoption of analyticaI solutions.

· Facilitate trainingsessions to improvedata literacy and dashboard usage. "Facilitate training sessions, documentation, and ongoing knowledge sharing to improve data literacy, self-service analytics, and correctinterpretation of dashboards."

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure Bl artifacts follow governance standards for naming, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Participate in retrospectives, bringing insights to improve analytical processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote a culture of measurable outcomes - connecting analytics work to business KPls.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience as Data Analyst,Bl Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, dashboarding tools (Power Bl required), and basic data modeling.
• Solid understanding of business processes across domains (Sales, Operations, Finance, Digital).
• Experience workingin agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
