Data Analyst

Responsibilities-

1.Report generation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales report of CUT&STYLE’s PAN INDIA outlets

2.Performance metrics: Tracking performance of employees on various KPI slabs using our software Cradlee

3.Co-ordinate with internal sales team to forecast future sales trends and using historical data for accurate sales forecast

4.Data quality & integrity: Ensure data security throughout the reporting process and also keep a quality check by identifying errors

5.Sharing customer data to our Franchise partners PAN INDIA

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Applied knowledge of Statistics for hypothesis testing, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Experience with Data Modeling to design, structure, and optimize data for reporting and analysis.
• Effective Communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and at least one analytics or BI tool (e.g., Advance Excel, power BI, CRM, Claude Ai and other tools that presents reports,)
• Experience working with retail or service-sector data, preferably in franchise or multi-location environments, is an advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-growing organization.
