Job Title: Senior Data Analytics Experience: 6?8 Years Location: Hybrid 1week from Noida office for starting 2-3 months, then fully remote Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with 6?8 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, visualization, and reporting, with strong expertise in Snowflake, Sigma BI, and SQL. The ideal candidate should be adept at designing scalable data models, performing advanced analytical tasks, and delivering insightful dashboards and reports to support strategic business decisions. The role involves close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable data models and data pipelines in Snowflake to support analytics and reporting needs. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Sigma BI (or equivalent BI tools). Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across large datasets. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high data quality and consistency. Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct exploratory and advanced statistical analysis using Python or R to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Support ETL processes, optimizing data pipelines for performance and scalability. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders through data storytelling and visualization. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards across all analytics processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and foster a data-driven culture. Technical Skills Required: Data Warehouse: Snowflake (strong hands-on experience) BI Tools: Sigma BI (primary), Tableau / Power BI (added advantage) Programming: SQL (advanced), Python / R (for analytics) Data Modeling: Dimensional Modeling, Star/Snowflake Schema, Data Vault (preferred) ETL Tools: dbt, Matillion, or similar tools (good to have) Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (experience with any) Version Control & Workflow: Git, Jira, Confluence Data Governance & Security: Best practices for compliance and access control Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities Strong communication skills for presenting data insights to business leaders Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments Education: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
