Job Description
Job Title: IT Data Analyst ? Healthcare Domain Experience: 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite per Week at Any Client Location ? Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune) Shift Timing: 11:00 AM ? 8:30 PM IST Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Data Analyst with proven experience in data management, analytics, and healthcare data governance . The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations while driving insights that support clinical and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Governance Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of healthcare data across multiple systems. Maintain compliance with healthcare data standards, security, and regulatory requirements. Cleanse, transform, and validate data to support analytical and operational initiatives. Strategic Collaboration Translate complex business questions into clear analytical requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams ? including data engineers, clinicians, and business stakeholders ? to deliver actionable insights. Present findings through effective data storytelling and visualization. Healthcare-Focused Analytics Support regulatory and compliance reporting, value-based care programs, and quality metrics. Analyze clinical performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Work with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7 . Contribute to projects involving HEDIS measures , clinical interventions, and healthcare regulatory frameworks. Required Qualifications: 3?5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences domain. Strong proficiency in SQL , Excel , and at least one scripting/statistical language ( Python preferred ). Solid understanding of relational databases , data modeling , and data warehouse concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelor?s degree in Statistics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science , or a related field. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with FHIR , HL7 , and healthcare data exchange standards. Experience with HEDIS , clinical quality measures, and healthcare regulatory reporting. Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau . Understanding of value-based care and healthcare performance improvement frameworks.
