About Role We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to lead our predictive analytics initiatives. You will be responsible for developing robust models and interactive dashboards to extract actionable insights from large, enterprise-level data sets. This role involves end-to-end data management?from collection and preprocessing to model development and deployment?using modern tools and technologies to support data-driven business decisions in a safety-critical domain. Responsibilities Data Acquisition & Preparation: Collect, preprocess, and clean large, complex datasets from multiple sources. Develop and manage robust data pipelines to ensure seamless data ingestion and quality. Model Development & Experimentation: Build, test, and implement predictive and explanatory models using machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Design and conduct experiments to validate models and continuously improve performance. Dashboard & Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Matplotlib, Seaborn) that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, integrating best practices into ongoing projects. Qualifications 5?7 years of experience in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis of large enterprise-level data sets. Proven expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and explanatory modeling techniques. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Matplotlib, and Seaborn. Hands-on experience working with NoSQL databases. Demonstrated ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets and effectively communicate them to stakeholders. Nice To Have / Preferred Qualifications Experience with building ETL pipelines is a plus. Prior experience in data engineering and managing data pipelines. Background in safety or health analytics projects. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
