Data Analyst (Campaign Support )

Job Description

Duties The candidate will support the B2B email marketing team of several Practices (Strategy & Corporate Finance, Risk & Resilience, Private Equity/Principal Investors, Transformation, and Implementation) that executes over 1,000 email and event campaigns annually. The team is looking for a candidate to support email campaign audience building and establishing distribution lists for newsletters and event invitations and to ensure close collaboration with central marketing team. Candidate will need to be co-located in Knowledge Center, Gurgaon for the larger part of the week. Regular Tasks In Campaign Support Include Collecting, reviewing, and categorizing event data Executing BoardEx queries to find suitable senior audiences that are matching defined criteria across target institutions, industries, regions. Matching BoardEx search results with CRM database contacts in Excel. Enriching Excel lists with other relevant metadata from Practice lists,CRM system and other internal databases Performing targeted internet research to augment and validate executive information from e.g., company websites or LinkedIn profiles. De-duplicating and integrating multiple excel lists into single master lists along specific criteria. Collaborate with Practice and Firm marketing team on uploading distribution lists into the CRM system. Execute further daily data related tasks over the course of the email campaign. Create custom reporting from the CRM for specific email campaigns. Perform overall system wide data analysis for quality checks. Skills We require the following skillset from a candidate. Very good Excel skills (lookups, matching, structuring) Minimum 3 Years Of Experience Experience in working with large data sets and multi-tab Excel files. User experience on Salesforce or similar CRM systems welcome (no admin level required) Fast learner, diligent worker with strict focus on quality Good collaborator and team worker ? needs to be excited about working with seniors and peers from around the globe. Very good written and spoken English communication skills. Working in an international environment with team members in different time zones Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Coding/development abilities (SQL, Microsoft, etc.)
