We are looking for a Data Analyst who will help bring greater visibility and insight across business, marketing, and finance. This role will focus on analyzing key datasets, building dashboards, and driving insights that improve decision-making and business performance.

The Job

• Own and analyze key business datasets to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track business performance and operational metrics.
• Drive marketing analytics including attribution, ad performance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for product, marketing, and finance teams.
• Improve visibility across different business functions through structured reporting and analysis.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience working as a Data Analyst.
• Strong expertise in SQL and working with structured datasets.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Understanding of business problem-solving areas such as pricing, discounting, or performance optimization is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python and a general understanding of how technology systems work is an added advantage.
