Data Analyst

We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making across client’s product, operations, strategy, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on internal datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs, define analysis requirements, and deliver clear, timely outputs.
• Translate complex data findings into concise, business-friendly recommendations.
• Work with internal data pipelines and models to ensure clean, reliable data sources.
• Monitor key internal metrics and performance indicators, flagging anomalies and opportunities.
• Support data requests and projects within defined team service levels.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all internal reporting and analytics.
• Assist the broader data team with running analyses and preparing datasets.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably in a product or SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise in SQL with experience querying large datasets.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands on experience with Python scripting language for data analysis.
• Understanding of tools such as dbt, Git, or AWS Glue is a plus.
