Data Analyst

Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop reports, and create dashboards that enhance strategic and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and relationships.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define key metrics and reporting needs.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes where possible.
• Support data governance, documentation, and best practices in data management.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to support strategic projects or decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
