The Impact You'll Make

As a Data Analyst, you will enable data-driven decision-making by building and optimizing SQL databases and data pipelines. Your work ensures reliable, high-quality data access that supports business intelligence, analytics, and strategic insights across the business segment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain SQL databases and scalable data pipelines for analytics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver clean datasets for reporting.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize data flows and ETL processes to ensure integrity and availability.
• Implement automation and process improvements using VB Scripting, Python, or similar languages.
• Support web-based data solutions; web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Document data models and workflows for knowledge sharing and scalability.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on trends in data engineering, analytics, and visualization tools.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–4 years’ experience with SQL databases, data pipelines, and ETL.
• Strong SQL skills in database design, optimization, and queries.
• Power BI experience for report and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and committed to ongoing learning.
