About Role:

We are hiring a Data Analyst to build the analytical backbone of the company. This role is focused on transforming data from scattered reports into trusted, decision-grade dashboards and insights that directly drive growth, profitability, and product optimization.

This is a high-impact, ownership-heavy role for someone who wants to influence real business outcomes — not just generate reports.

Responsibiities:-

• Build and maintain trusted dashboards across growth, profitability, retention, and product funnels
• Drive business insights that lead to measurable topline or profitability improvements
• Conduct product analysis (churn, funnel drop-offs, cohorts, usage patterns) and recommend optimizations
• Lead experimentation analysis (A/B testing, attribution, impact measurement)
• Design and implement clean, auditable metric definitions
• Develop scalable data models (star schemas, slowly changing dimensions, metric layers)
• Audit systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Create self-serve BI frameworks to reduce repetitive data requests
• Support strategic decision-making for initiatives like risk checks, withdrawal limits, matching logic, and profitability controls
• Partner closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to translate data into action

Requiremnts:-

• Advanced SQL (strong querying and performance optimization skills required)
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or Power BI)
• Strong understanding of data modeling (star schemas, SCDs, metric layers)
• Expertise in funnel, churn, cohort, retention, LTV, CAC, and ROAS analysis
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and impact attribution
• Strong auditing and data validation capabilities
• Experience in B2C industries like RMG preferred
