Dairy Technologist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dairy Technologist, based in Ahmedabad. The Dairy Technologist will be responsible for overseeing the production processes of dairy products, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and conducting sensory evaluations. The role also includes tasks such as conducting research and development for new products, optimizing existing processes, and applying knowledge of food science and technology to enhance product offerings.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Food Technology and expertise in Dairy Products
• Proficiency in Sensory Evaluation and Food Science concepts
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) within the food production industry
• Strong problem-solving and innovation skills to optimize processes and develop new products
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Technology, Dairy Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in dairy product manufacturing or a similar role is beneficial
