Job title: D365 Consultant

Work Location: Bangalore/Chennai

Experience: 4 – 6 Years

Shift timing: 2.00 PM – 11.00 PM IST

Roles And Responsibilities

In-depth Business Analysis skills and industry knowledge to design Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Sales and Power Platform based solutions or other CRM software to solve complex business problems
Strong problem-solving and research skills
Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Self-starter with troubleshooting capabilities
Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above
Knowledge of Kingswaysoft data migration tool
Knowledge of XRM Toolbox tool
Integration flows and data mapping experience
Data extract and importing experience
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (Azure Active Directory, Azure storage, Power Platform, Azure Service bus architecture and Enterprise Application Integration)
Knowledge of Anthology products (Campus Nexus Reach, Campus Nexus Student)
Knowledge of Relational database management including queries, reporting, and administration
Previous experience with other software applications such as database and reporting programs
HTML and web development experience

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 2 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CE 365 and Power Platform or other CRM software
