Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a React JS Frontend Lead located in Navi Mumbai. The React JS Frontend Lead will be responsible for leading the front-end development team, developing and maintaining front-end applications, collaborating with design and backend teams, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. The React JS Frontend Lead will also provide training to junior developers and ensure high-quality customer service standards. Qualifications Front-End Development and Software Development skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Training and mentoring junior developers Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
