Role ? Presales Technical Specialist (Cyber Security) Location ? Noida, Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune Roles & Responsibilities Responding to RFP's / RFI's / RFQ?s as part of pre-sales process. Prepare Proposal documents including proposals, pricing sheet, solution presentations against RFP?s/RFI?s Participate in due diligence meetings with customer to gather more information on proposal/information request and environment. Architect winning techno-commercial Information Security solutions as part of the pre-sales process. Understanding new security technologies/products and position them in relevant solution proposal The candidate must keep himself/herself up-to-date with latest security products features, licensing, architecture and price Preparing PPT & Presenting end-to-end security solutions to customer and internal stakeholders Working closely alongside data center/networks/EUC teams for optimal security solution design in-line with the overall proposed solution. Work with OEM / Partners to ensure an appropriate solution is proposed during Presales Cycle. Should be willing to travel to perform the required functions Education BE/B.Tech (IT/CS/EE/ECE) MBA/PGDM would be preferred AWS and / or Azure Security certifications CCSP / CISSP / CISM / CISA would be given preference Other security certification are welcome Experience Overall 12-25 years of IT experience, with minimum 6 years of experience in Security related profile, experience in designing, delivering or managing information security services Atleast 5 years of Security Experience preferably in pre-sales / consulting / product management / security solution selling role. Atleast 5 years of Cloud Security solutions experience, either in presales or in delivery / configuration. Technical Skills Understanding of various areas under Security domain - Cloud Security ? this is mandatory Perimeter Security (FW, IPS,VPN), Endpoint Security (Anti-Virus/Malware), Content & Data Security (Proxy, URL Filtering, E-mail Security), DLP/ Data privacy Security Event & Information Management tools, Security Analytics, Virtualization Security, Identity &Access Management Technology supporting fraud detection and data protection. Security operations centers and Advanced Threat Analysis Exposure to DevSecOps Experience with developing conceptual, logical, and technical architecture models. Economic analysis - TCO, ROI & feasibility assessments Awareness of latest and emerging technologies (such as: cloud, converged networking, software defined data center) & its solution streams. Experience in presales function (techno-commercial) is a must ? should have worked on costs and the technical solution Interpersonal Skills Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent technical architecture and technical support documentation skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Should be able to handle customer queries and defend the proposed security solution. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
