?? Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineer ? Hardware Security Modules (HSM) ?? Experience: 5+ Years ?? Location: Pune (Hybrid) ?? Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer with hands-on expertise in data encryption, key management, and Hardware Security Modules (HSM). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Unix/Linux administration, infrastructure security, and software development practices. ?? Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain data encryption and key management solutions using HSMs and other secure key storage technologies. Manage encryption key lifecycles, including generation, rotation, archival, and destruction, ensuring compliance with security standards. Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to integrate encryption solutions within enterprise systems. Administer and secure Unix/Linux environments, ensuring adherence to best practices. Collaborate with development teams using tools like GitLab, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines to embed security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls including load balancers, firewalls, logging, monitoring, and alerting systems. Troubleshoot and resolve security incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption. Communicate complex technical concepts and risks effectively to non-technical stakeholders and business teams. Participate in security reviews, risk assessments, and compliance audits. ?? Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity or related roles. Proven experience with data encryption technologies, key management systems, and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs). Proficiency in Unix/Linux system administration. Strong understanding of network and infrastructure components ? firewalls, load balancers, monitoring, and alerting tools. Experience working with DevOps tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.) and familiarity with CI/CD processes. Good knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and secure coding practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and security controls. ??
