Head – Cybersecurity Business Unit

Location: Gurgaon / Noida / Hyderabad

Position Summary

We are seeking a senior business leader to establish and scale the Cybersecurity Business Unit with a strong focus on new client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.

The role will drive aggressive business development, strategic partnerships, and enterprise sales, while defining the go-to-market strategy and building a scalable cybersecurity practice. The position carries end-to-end P&L ownership and responsibility for acquiring new logos and closing high-value cybersecurity deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

Drive new enterprise client acquisition with a strong hunting mindset.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and strategic deals.

Lead client engagements, proposals, and negotiations for large cybersecurity programs.

Develop CXO-level relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs.

Collaborate with internal and global sales teams to accelerate revenue growth.

2. Go-To-Market & Partnerships

Define and execute the Cybersecurity GTM strategy across industries and regions.

Drive joint GTM initiatives with OEMs, hyperscalers, and cybersecurity technology partners.

Represent the company in industry forums and cybersecurity events.

3. Cybersecurity Solutions

Shape the cybersecurity services portfolio including:

Cloud Security & Zero Trust

Application Security & DevSecOps

SOC / SIEM / XDR

IAM / PAM

GRC & Compliance

Threat Intelligence & Incident Response

4. Financial Ownership

Own P&L, revenue growth, margins, and sales forecasting.

Develop annual operating plans and multi-year growth roadmap.

5. Team Building

Build and lead the cybersecurity sales and presales team.

Hire and mentor domain experts and solution architects.


Qualifications

12–18 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, consulting, or practice leadership.

Proven success in enterprise sales and new business acquisition.

Experience in building or scaling cybersecurity practices.

Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures and cyber risk frameworks.

Must have done the end to of sale and New Business development– Opportunity identification , sales call, presales, solution and deal closure etc

Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP
