This role involves conducting structured training programs, seminars, and workshops, while ensuring learners gain practical skills aligned with industry requirements. Key Responsibilities Deliver interactive classroom and seminar-based training on topics such as network security, ethical hacking, malware analysis, and incident response. Conduct hands-on practical sessions using tools like Kali Linux, Wireshark, Nmap, Metasploit, and Burp Suite. Create and update training materials, lab exercises, and presentations to align with the latest industry trends. Engage students through real-world examples and case studies to enhance understanding. Evaluate learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and interactive discussions. Participate in cybersecurity awareness programs, webinars, and industry events. Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity tools, threats, and methodologies to ensure cutting-edge training delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 1-2 years' experience in cybersecurity training, workshops, or technical roles. Strong knowledge of network security, penetration testing, and incident response. Proficiency with cybersecurity tools: Kali Linux, Wireshark, Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, etc. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
