About the Role

The Cyber Security Fresher (Entry Level) will assist in monitoring, analyzing, and improving the security of systems, networks, and applications. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are passionate about cybersecurity and eager to gain real-world experience in security operations, threat analysis, and cyber defense.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and networks for suspicious activities and security threats.
• Assist in vulnerability assessments and basic security audits.
• Analyze security logs and identify potential risks or attacks.
• Support incident response and threat mitigation activities.
• Help implement cybersecurity policies and security best practices.
• Research emerging cyber threats, malware, and attack techniques.
• Prepare security reports and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Freshers, students, or recent graduates in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and ethical hacking.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of networking and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of firewalls, phishing, malware, and encryption concepts.
• Understanding of security monitoring and incident response basics.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, or Kali Linux.
• Basic understanding of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Knowledge of SIEM tools and SOC operations is a plus.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash is an advantage.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

• Stipend: Up to ₹25,000.
• Internship Completion Certificate.
