Job Description

About the Role The candidate ensures that the risk to the organization?s information posed by a variety of cyber threats is minimized. Candidate in this role will function as subject matter expertise within the discipline of continuous red teaming. Knowledge of Cybersecurity framework, IT security tools, concept and architecture with added responsibility for conducting the Technology architecture review from Cyber Security risk standpoint. Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom tooling for offensive operations. Collaborate with threat intelligence teams to model realistic attack scenarios. Document findings and present detailed reports to technical and executive stakeholders. Work with Blue Teams to validate detection and response capabilities. Contribute to the development of internal Red Team methodologies and playbooks. Participate in continuous Red Teaming activities covering various threat scenarios. Conduct Application and Infrastructure Penetration Testing focusing on critical services. Work on the Threat models to build Purple/Red Teaming Use Cases. Collaborate with Blue Teams to test and improve detection rules, SIEM alerts, and incident response playbooks. Provide feedback on detection gaps and help tune security controls. Facilitate exercises and purple team workshops. Qualifications Experience: 5 Years-10 Years. Location: Noida/Bangalore.
