Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC + Possible Incentives + Travel allowance OR Cabs
Shift: Rotational / Night Shift
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process (US-based clients ). The role involves handling customer queries over calls and delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls for international clients
- Resolve queries related to orders, payments, returns, and services
- Provide accurate information and quick resolutions
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
- Meet quality, compliance, and productivity KPIs
- Ensure high customer satisfaction at every interaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in International BPO (Voice) OR Extremely good fresher
- Communication: Excellent English (mandatory)
- Comfortable with night shifts & rotational offs
- Immediate joiners preferred
