Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Taxation

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 30

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC

Job Requirements:

- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the BFSI industry
- Relevant knowledge of taxation is mandatory
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries related to taxation.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and adhere to process guidelines.

- Rotational Shifts
- Rotational Weekly Offs
