Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Provide prompt and professional support to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate communication logs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
