Customer Support Representative | Logistics & Shipping
Experience: 1–4 Years
Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR)
Work Mode: On-site
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with excellent communication and customer handling skills to support our Logistics operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of coordinating with customers while ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Ensure prompt follow-ups and issue resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer handling & coordination skills
- Basic MS Office/Computer knowledge
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
