Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Officer based in Navi Mumbai. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for assisting members with inquiries, resolving service-related concerns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. A key responsibility of this role is driving sales, including handling walk-ins, generating leads, conducting site tours, and converting enquiries into memberships. The role also involves managing service requests, providing basic technical support where required, and gathering member feedback to continuously enhance service quality. Additionally, the role requires maintaining professional communication and promoting a positive brand image through every interaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Sales.
  • Strong ability to drive conversions, achieve targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction and address customer needs efficiently.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving service issues effectively.
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and handle challenging situations empathetically.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a customer-centric approach.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, real estate, or service-driven environments is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualifications preferred.
