Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate

information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have

strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and/or social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product/service information to customers.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Meet response time and performance targets.


Must Haves:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in handling and resolving customer queries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Hindi)
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound resolutions (calls, chats and emails).
  • Ability to work in a 6-days rotational shift.
