Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with a focus on first-contact resolution. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to address customer queries effectively and provide accurate information.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.

  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement in our products and services.
