Job Title: Support Executive
Location: Noida Sector - 63
Department: Customer Support / Operations
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing technical and non-technical assistance, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude toward delivering high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions or escalate them to higher levels if required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Technical, Finance, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer expectations are managed effectively.
- Assist in onboarding new clients/customers and guide them about products/services.
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints with patience and empathy.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer support activities.
- Stay updated with company products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to customers.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in customer support, service desk, or similar roles.
- Prior experience in logistics and supply chain industry will be an added advantage.
