Job Role: Marketplace Ads Executive (AMS Amazon Marketplace Services) / Ecom Executive

Required Experience: 2 - 3+ years

Preferred Industry: Ecommerce Agency/Retail/Advertisement Agency

Location: Bangalore (Onsight)


Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers enquiries via phone, email, chat.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Timely escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service expectations and building positive relationships.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.


What do we seek in you ?

  • Any Graduate with 1-2 Years of experience in customer support.
  • Strong / Excellent Communication in English (Written/Oral)
  • Strong problem-solving skills Quick on toes response
  • Database Management
