Key Responsibilities

• Handle live chat support and respond promptly to user queries.
• Manage Gmail/email support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Resolve customer concerns related to:
• Account login and registration issues
• Cashback tracking and redemption
• Coupon/offers-related queries
• Payment status or pending cashback concerns
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication with users.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department and follow up till resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions and update the support database.
• Assist in improving customer experience by sharing feedback with the operations and product teams.
• Work towards achieving response time SLAs and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2-5 years of experience in chat/email/customer support (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat/email conversations simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Workspace.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, deals, or cashback platforms will be an added advantage.
