Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Devanahalli , Bangalore . The responsibilities include managing customer queries efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and technical support, addressing online support requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving technical and operational issues promptly. The role also involves liaising with other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Assembly of mechanical fixtures and automation equipment

Installation and setup at customer site

Troubleshooting mechanical issues

Support customers for equipment operation

Work with mechanical drawings

Basic wiring and sensor installation

Required Qualification:

Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical

1-3 years’ experience

Mechanical assembly experience

Tool usage (hex key, torque wrench etc.)

Willing to visit customer sites

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle client interactions effectively and professionally.
• Experience in fostering Customer Satisfaction and addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment located in Devanahalli , Bangalore
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or semiconductor industry processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
