We are hiring for leading bpo Company for Customer Service Associates for a Voice Process role. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer support while maintaining service quality standards.

Handle customer queries via voice calls professionally

Provide accurate information and effective solutions

Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality

Follow company policies and process guidelines



Minimum qualification:
Graduates ( both fresher and experienced)

Good communication skills

Salary Package:
26k-28k CTC
