- Make follow-up calls to customers for NDR (Not Delivered Reports) and pending checkouts.
- Coordinate with courier partners for delivery resolution.
- Update call status in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to concerned teams.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication in [English & Hindi].
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)..
- Comfortable with high-volume calling.
