Key Responsibilities:

  • Make follow-up calls to customers for NDR (Not Delivered Reports) and pending checkouts.
  • Coordinate with courier partners for delivery resolution.
  • Update call status in CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to concerned teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication in [English & Hindi].
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)..
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling.
