What You'll Own ?
- Own the end-to-end customer journey and experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers through calls, chats, and WhatsApp.
- Resolve concerns with speed, empathy, and ownership.
- Drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product to improve the customer experience.
- Turn feedback into actionable insights that make our product better.
You're Probably a Great Fit If You ?
- Have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, or Account Management.
- Are an exceptional communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
- Stay calm under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Believe every customer deserves a five-star experience.
- Love taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
Bonus Points
- Experience in D2C, healthcare, wellness, or health-tech.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Freshdesk, or Zoho.
