Spark is an app that helps Shopify merchants publish videos on their storefront. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be owning all the customer feedback channels of Spark. You will interact with store owners to collect feedback, understand issues, and provide the needed support.


Being successful in this role means keeping the reviews and ratings of the business across all channels at the highest level and in line with business goals. You will be needed to create campaigns and execute them successfully in order to achieve the desired goals.


This is a high-impact role at Spark, where your success contributes to the improvement of the products and the growth of the company. You will be working with a small team across tech, product, and marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of all customer feedback channels
  • Work with the team on implementations based on customer feedback
  • Consistent improvement of the business’s reviews and ratings
  • Plan and implement projects to improve business ratings
  • Implementation of new technologies for better customer assistance


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success roles
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS products
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and technical products
  • Experience with Shopify apps or Shopify in general is a plus


The current compensation for this role is 2–4 LPA. As the company grows, you can expect proportional growth in compensation as well. However, if you are strictly looking for compensation above the mentioned range, we would suggest not applying for this role.
