Sakon is looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM).

8-12 years in Customer Success / SaaS / Managed Services / Account Management


What You’ll Do:


  • Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding to adoption, retention, and growth
  • Conduct QBRs, customer reviews, workshops, and strategic engagement meetings
  • Build customer success plans aligned with business goals and KPIs Manage escalations and drive resolution in collaboration with internal teams
  • Develop Go-to-Green strategies for at-risk accounts
  • Monitor adoption trends, health scores, and customer usage patterns
  • Drive customer enablement, product adoption, and ROI realization
  • Maintain accurate customer records and success plans in CRM tools
  • Analyze customer health and engagement metrics
  • Identify churn risks proactively and execute mitigation plans
  • Support renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Partner with Strategic Client Executives for account growth
